Electricity and gas supply

Due to the liberalisation of the electricity and gas market, energy supply contracts can be optimised:

• with respect to a well-balanced risk distribution between the supplier and the customer
• with respect to the drafting of the energy supply contracts and especially
• with respect to fees and prices.

We analyse, draft and negotiate the energy supply and power feed-in contracts required – also covering commercial and economical aspects. For continuous/long-term clients we also draft and update model contracts.

Moreover, we advice public utility companies in matters of power acquisition and co-operation models in terms of power sales and distribution.
